On Tuesday, May 7, Reuters reported that AstraZeneca had started to pull its Covid-19 vaccine from global markets. The company said it was incredibly proud of the vaccine but had made a commercial decision to withdraw it.

European Suspensions

Despite AstraZeneca's reassurances, 18 European countries, including France, Germany, and Italy, have suspended the use of the AstraZeneca vaccine while possible side effects are investigated.
